About me
Tyrene has worked as a school counselor at both the secondary and elementary level. As a high school counselor in Indianapolis, she led her school to receive the Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) award in 2018. Since 2006, she has been a presenter nationwide at Brigham Young University's sponsored youth conferences and has contributed to United Way's Everyday Strong resources to support good social and emotional health. She loves working with all ages of children and youth and currently enjoys all of the fun involved with counseling at the elementary level. Outside of counseling, Tyrene loves reading, hiking, and visiting National Parks with her family.
